Ingredients for vada

½ kg Rice
·
300 gm Tomato (chopped)
·
150 gm Onion
(chopped)
·
2 tbs Ginger garlic paste
·
2 no Green chilli
·
2 no Cardamom
·
2 no Cinnamom
·
1 tbs Anise
·
2 no Clvoes
·
1 Bay leaf
·
½ handful Coriander leaves
·
½ handful Mint leaves
·
1 tbs Chilli powder
·
2 tbs Coriander powder
·
½ tsp Turmeric powder
·
3 tbs Ghee
·
150 ml Oil
· Salt as per tast

How to make ration rice chicken briyan
1. Before start the cooking pour
water over the rice and let it soak for ½ hour
2. take the heavy bottom vessel or cooker and pour the oil and ghee into the cooker
3. when oil is hot add the bay leaf, anise, cinnamon , cloves, cardamom, green chilli and give tome to fry
4. Add onion into the cooker and fry well. Fry well to onion until come golden brown colour.
5. next add mint, coriander leaves in the cooker, mix well and cook for 1 minute.
6. Drain tomato juice and add tomato in the cooker. Mix up well and cook 2 - 3 minutes on low flame. Set aside this tomato juice
7. Add ginger garlic paste into the cooker. Mix well and cook 1 minute
8. Now add turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder into the cooker. Mix up and cook 1-2 minutes
9. pour aside the tomato juice and mix well, cook for 2 minute
10. now everything is cook well. pour the water. Water quantity is 2 cups of water for 1 cup of rice (1rice : 2water) and cook 2 minutes
11. add rice, salt as per requirement into the cooker and mix well up everything
12. Covert the cooker with lid. cook it until 1 whistle. After one whistle cook tomato rice for 3-4 minutes on low flame
13. remove from flame . leave it until the steam has completely reduce and open the lid to carefully of the pressure cooker
14. let’s leave it for cool down. Then check and taste the quickly, tasty tomato rice.
1. Serve it plain or with ritha
