Ingredients
for adamant creeper dosa

cup adamant creeper
·

cup batter
·

tbs oil
·
1
onion (chopped )
·
1tsp
mustard
·
1tsp
Bengal-gram
·
1
Green chili (chopped)
· Salt as per taste
How
to make adamant creeper
Ø Finely grind the adamant creeper
Ø Heat oil in a frying pan.
Ø When the oil is hot add the mustard
and bangal-gram, let the mustard seeds crackle
Ø Add onion, green chili and saute for a 1-2 minutes on medium flame
Ø Remove from heat and add to dosa batter
Ø Add adamant creeper grinder paste,
pepper powder, salt and mix well
Ø Heat up a tawa. Once the tawa is
heated well, reduce the heat to medium and brush or spread some oil on the
tawa.
Ø Pour a ladleful of batter in the
center of the pan. Spread out in a circular motion slightly thick. Cook the
dosa on a medium flame
Ø Add some of oil around the dosa
Ø Flip the dosa to the other side, once
the base is golden brown
Ø Once both sides are well cooked.
Remove the dosa from the tawa
Ø Finally, adamant creeper dosa ready to be serve with chutney of your choice
Cook happily and serve lovingly!!!
